About the Role:

Sales Executive/Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell
VRV HVAC Systems
to consultants, contractors, developers, and end-users.
Generate and close new business opportunities via cold calling, referrals, networking, and site visits.
Conduct technical presentations and product demos to various stakeholders.
Prepare and submit
quotations, proposals, and tender documents
.
Work closely with engineering, design, and project teams to ensure solution alignment and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales pipelines using CRM tools.
Track competitor activity, market trends, and client feedback to refine sales strategies.
Achieve monthly and quarterly
sales targets and KPIs
set by management.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Proven experience working with
MEP consultants and HVAC contractors
.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Technical understanding of HVAC systems, especially VRV technology.
Familiarity with
AutoCAD, Revit, or HVAC selection software
is preferred.
Ability to handle client presentations and negotiations independently.
Strong organizational skills and result-oriented approach.
