Job Title: Senior Project Engineer HVAC Department: Projects Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Jalgaon Hospital Project Site, Jalgaon Reporting To: Project Manager Role Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Engineer to oversee the site execution of HVAC systems at our Jalgaon Hospital project. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and leveraging ERP tools for project tracking and documentation. This role is crucial in ensuring timely project delivery, optimal resource allocation, and maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and execute HVAC installations including chilled water systems, VRV/VRF systems, ventilation, ducting, and piping works. Manage site operations: allocate tasks to manpower, coordinate with contractors, and ensure efficient workflow. Ensure proper installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC equipment such as chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and pumps. Read and interpret HVAC drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications to guide on-site execution. Liaise with design teams, vendors, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure project alignment. Monitor and enforce adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards at site. Plan daily/weekly site schedules and track project progress, material delivery, and resource deployment. Address site-level execution challenges and implement corrective measures in consultation with the project management team. Maintain all project-related data in the ERP system including work progress, labor deployment, material consumption, and daily site logs. Communicate effectively with clients and consultants; manage site visits, inspections, and technical queries. Desired Candidate Profile: Education: Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC project execution Industry: HVAC contracting firms or MEP companies handling industrial or healthcare projects Skills: Strong leadership and team coordination at the site Proficient in reading HVAC drawings and managing execution Basic proficiency in MS Excel and professional email communication Good understanding of material management and inventory flow Hands-on experience in ERP software for project execution tracking Effective problem-solving and client-handling skills Additional Information: Joining Date: Immediate Relocation: Required to project site in Jalgaon and Pune Reporting Location: On-site

Job Summary: Responsibility of execution of the HVAC multiple projects in accordance to client requirement with help of the office team, project engineers and vendors in accordance to closure of the projects and handing over of the project to client. Roles and Responsibilities Manage HVAC projects from conceptualisation to commissioning, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints. Conduct heat load calculations, select chiller plants, and design MEP systems for commercial buildings. Oversee the installation, testing, and maintenance of air conditioning units, chillers, ductwork, and other related equipment. Develop detailed designs for HVAC systems using software such as AutoCAD or Revit. Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure seamless integration of mechanical engineering solutions. Co-ordination and to attain client meetings. Co-ordination with the office staff for material design and planning. Finalization of the labor contractor for site. Tracking and coordination for the technical and commercial approval and closure. Variation statement preparation and approval from client. Guidance to project engineer for technical, practical and site dependencies. Reporting to General Manager and Directors to maintain good work and cash flow. Closure of the projects. Exposure to software (MS office, AutoCAD, etc.) Billing of the executed items at site. Handing over of the project to client. Required Skills and Competencies: B.E Mechanical/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Experience in HVAC about 5 years Details knowledge of the HVAC execution, design conditions and work process. Willing to work as lead to the project engineers in order to complete the projects. Good communication skills. Used to do team work as a leader with leadership skills. Customer focus, should understand the requirements of the client with proper communication. Basic knowledge of the MS office and AutoCAD. Willing to understand the process flow and various methods. Weekly review of the projects. Clarifications of the dependencies in order to carry the work flow. Desired Candidate Profile 5-10 years of experience in HVAC management with a degree in B.Tech/B.E. (Any Specialization). Strong understanding of air conditioning principles and practices. Proficiency in heat load calculation methods and techniques. Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Previous work experience in ERP is a Plus
