Sales Executive (Salary up to 5 LPA)

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Gurugram. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating and managing leads, maintaining relationships with clients, providing expert real estate advice, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include identifying potential clients, conducting property presentations, negotiating deals, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions. The role demands active involvement in all stages of the sales process to ensure seamless transactions and exceptional client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, with a background in real estate being advantageous
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
