Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue quotas.
  • Analyze customer and partner needs to provide tailored solutions.
  • Develop and execute business and territory plans.
  • Engage strategically with customers and partners to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and initiatives.
  • Lead technical resources to demonstrate SailPoint advantages.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: discovery, presentations, demos, RFP responses, negotiations, and closure.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of territory, including customers, prospects, partners, influencers, and competitors.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other reporting tools to maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene.
  • Foster long-term customer relationships post-sale, identifying upsell opportunities.
