Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for Nexa cars.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, walk-ins, digital platforms, and promotional activities.
  • Conduct follow-ups with potential customers to close sales.
  • Promote value-added services such as finance, insurance, accessories, and extended warranty.
  • Provide a personalized and premium buying experience to customers.
  • Ensure smooth test drive arrangements, timely quotations, and end-to-end support until delivery.
  • Maintain knowledge of product features, pricing, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Coordinate with back-office, finance, and service teams for seamless delivery and after-sales support.

Participate in showroom events, roadshows, and corporate activities for brand visibility

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
  • 13 years of experience in automobile sales (premium/luxury segment preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented approach with passion for sales.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Valid driving license (mandatory)
