Qualifications and Skills required for this role include: - Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent education. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. - Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles in telecommunications, retail, or other relevant industries is a plus. - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers. - Ability to address customer concerns and offer suitable solutions. - Strong drive to achieve and exceed targets with minimal supervision. - Familiarity with mobile technology, digital services, and telecommunications products is an advantage. - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives.
