Sales Executive in Chavara

Reliance Jio is looking for an energetic and results-driven Jio Point Manager (JPM) to lead the operations of a Jio Point center. As the JPM, you will be responsible for driving business performance, leading a small team, managing customer experience, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the store. This is a field-intensive role requiring leadership, business acumen, and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the entire operations of the Jio Point center.
• Ensure achievement of sales targets and service KPIs.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement through local initiatives.
• Supervise and mentor the team, including Jio Point Assistant Manager (JPAM) and Digital Sales Associates (DSAs).
• Manage inventory, cash handling, stock audits, and store hygiene.
• Conduct daily morning meetings, share updates, and plan activities with the team.
• Establish strong local connects with retailers, vendors, and community stakeholders.
• Track performance metrics and report to regional supervisors on a regular basis.
• Resolve escalated customer issues to ensure high satisfaction.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies, operational SOPs, and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferably Business, Marketing, or Commerce).
• Experience: Minimum 2–4 years in retail, telecom, FMCG, or sales management.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with mobile technology and digital apps.
• Willingness to travel locally and engage in field work.
