Service Incharge

As a Service Center Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the upkeep of service centers. You will work closely with the store manager and sales team to ensure smooth service operations. Your primary goal will be to guarantee customer satisfaction to prevent the escalation of any issues. Additionally, you will motivate and manage a team of service center and care center personnel. Your role will involve being accountable for service deliverables and mentoring engineers whenever necessary. You will also control the flow of incoming calls for on-site support services and manage costs within the given guidelines. It will be your duty to ensure there is an adequate amount of manpower available to cater to all customer calls. Providing necessary skills and training to team members based on their needs and identifying gaps will also be part of your responsibilities. You will need to ensure that care center personnel are working in sync to support walk-in customers and encourage the team to enhance their performance levels by identifying gaps and needs. The ideal candidate for this position should have a Diploma/B.E/B.Tech (Preferred) degree with 6-10 years of experience in After Sales Service. Skills and competencies required for this role include familiarity with the territory, knowledge of device repair operations, product and market knowledge, team management skills, problem-solving skills, customer focus, and an understanding of business training requirements.
