Sales Executive - Lead Generation (Regulatory Affairs - Asia Pacific)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and targeted outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to identify and qualify new leads in the

  Asia Pacific pharmaceutical, chemical, and related industries

  .
• Initiate conversations with key decision-makers to understand their regulatory challenges and needs (e.g., chemical compliance, pharma monography, literature search).
• Schedule introductory meetings and hand off qualified leads to the Business Development Manager.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of all interactions and lead status.
• Stay informed on market trends and regulatory developments in the APAC region.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of outbound lead generation or inside sales experience, preferably in the

  Asia Pacific chemical market

  or regulatory affairs.
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related scientific field preferred.
• Excellent communication skills for effective prospecting via phone and email.
• Strong research, organizational, and target-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of other regional languages is beneficial.
