Sales Executive - Lead Generation (Regulatory Affairs - Asia Pacific) CEHTRA is a leading global regulatory affairs consultancy in chemical and environmental safety. Expanding our reach in Asia Pacific , we're seeking a proactive Sales Executive to identify and generate new business opportunities for our regulatory affairs services across the region. This crucial role builds our pipeline by connecting potential clients with our expert Business Development team. Key Responsibilities: Conduct research and targeted outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to identify and qualify new leads in the Asia Pacific pharmaceutical, chemical, and related industries . Initiate conversations with key decision-makers to understand their regulatory challenges and needs (e.g., chemical compliance, pharma monography, literature search). Schedule introductory meetings and hand off qualified leads to the Business Development Manager. Maintain accurate CRM records of all interactions and lead status. Stay informed on market trends and regulatory developments in the APAC region. Qualifications: 2-5 years of outbound lead generation or inside sales experience, preferably in the Asia Pacific chemical market or regulatory affairs. Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is an advantage. Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related scientific field preferred. Excellent communication skills for effective prospecting via phone and email. Strong research, organizational, and target-driven mindset.
