Job Description

Sales Executive (Central Suburbs - Mumbai)


Responsibilities

  • Handle

    incoming leads

    (online & offline) and qualify them through calls/WhatsApp.
  • Schedule and conduct

    site visits

    with prospective buyers.
  • Develop a strong understanding of

    project details

    , floor plans, pricing and builder schemes.
  • Build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Assist in

    closing deals

    with support from senior team members.
  • Regularly update CRM tools and follow up with leads.
  • Coordinate with developers/builders for inventory, pricing updates and client coordination.
  • Support in

    on-ground marketing activities

    and events if needed.


Qualifications

  • Education: HSC or Graduate (BCom/BMS/BBA preferred)
  • Experience: 1–3 years in real estate or direct sales preferred
  • Must have: Smartphone, basic computer skills, and willingness to travel
  • Language: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi
