Telesales Executive (Real Estate)

As a Sales Executive in the real estate sector, your role will involve driving sales through various channels such as outbound calls, lead nurturing, and converting inquiries into successful deals. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Proactively reaching out to potential clients to introduce them to real estate investment opportunities. - Following up on leads, establishing rapport with clients, and effectively closing sales. - Understanding the specific requirements of clients and recommending suitable property options. - Maintaining accurate and detailed client records using the CRM system. - Collaborating with the field sales team to facilitate site visits for clients. - Keeping abreast of market trends and competitor activities to stay competitive. - Working towards and surpassing set sales targets. To excel in this role, you will need to meet the following qualifications: - At least 1 year of experience in telesales, with a preference for experience in the Real Estate sector. - Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients. - Demonstrated ability to handle objections and successfully close deals. - Proficiency in working with CRM systems and MS Office tools. - Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset to drive sales performance.
