Junior Sales Executive - Real Estate

We are seeking a dynamic, driven, and customer-focused Junior Sales Executive to join our real estate team. You will assist in driving residential property sales, managing leads, conducting site visits, and providing excellent service to clients. This is a growth-oriented position with strong learning and earning potential. Responsibilities Handle incoming leads (online & offline) and qualify them through calls/WhatsApp. Schedule and conduct site visits with prospective buyers. Develop a strong understanding of project details , floor plans, pricing and builder schemes. Build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Assist in closing deals with support from senior team members. Regularly update CRM tools and follow up with leads. Coordinate with developers/builders for inventory, pricing updates and client coordination. Support in on-ground marketing activities and events if needed. Qualifications Education: HSC or Graduate (BCom/BMS/BBA preferred) Experience: 0–2 years in real estate or direct sales preferred Must have: Smartphone , basic computer skills, and willingness to travel Language: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi Compensation & Benefits Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience) Performance-based Incentives: ₹10,000 – ₹50,000/month potential Travel Allowance for field work Training & career growth opportunities within the company Seven P’s Real Estate Consultancy, Vikhroli Field area: Chembur to Mulund (Central Suburbs) Show more Show less
