Telesales Executive

You will play a crucial role in driving real estate sales by engaging in outbound calls, nurturing leads, and effectively converting inquiries into successful deals. Your primary responsibility will be to assess the needs of clients, recommend suitable properties, and ensure accurate maintenance of client records in the CRM system. Your key responsibilities will include proactively reaching out to potential clients to introduce them to real estate investment opportunities, diligently following up on leads to build strong relationships and ultimately close sales. Additionally, you will be required to understand the specific requirements of clients and provide them with relevant property options. Collaboration with the field sales team for site visits and staying informed about market trends and competitor activities will also be essential aspects of your role. Meeting and exceeding sales targets will be a key performance indicator. To excel in this role, you should have at least 1 year of telesales experience, preferably in the real estate sector. Strong communication and negotiation skills are a must, along with a proven ability to handle objections effectively and close deals.
