Role and Responsibilities:

1. Developing dealer networks in his region and extend his full support to the dealers to perform better and help meet dealer targets

2. Proactively onboard new dealer & distributer

3. Product Knowledge:- Deep understanding of plywood products.

4. Negotiation and Closing:- Negotiate and close profitable deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.

5. Customer Relationship Management:- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer, distributer & other influencer

6. Order Processing and Reporting:- Coordinate order processing, maintain accurate sales records, and generate reports for management.

7. Required to do coordination with production department/Factory for logistics

8. Target Achievement:-Work towards exceeding sales targets. Develop strategies for goal achievement.

9. Coordination with the concerned team for prompt after sales service

10. Coordinate with the branding & marketing team to increase the brand visibility within the assigned area.
