Job Title: Sales Executive Location: Rajasthali Emporium, Jaipur Reporting To: Store Manager / Operations Head Job Summary: As a Sales Executive at Rajasthali Emporium, you will be the face of Rajasthan’s rich art and craft heritage. Your role will involve engaging with customers, promoting handcrafted and ODOP (One District One Product) items, and ensuring a delightful shopping experience for all visitors — both domestic and international. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in a warm, courteous manner. Provide product information, promote artisan-made and ODOP products. Maintain updated knowledge of inventory, pricing, and product stories. Handle billing, packaging, and point-of-sale (POS) operations efficiently. Achieve individual and store sales targets. Coordinate with backend for stock management and restocking. Collect and share customer feedback to improve service and experience. Maintain cleanliness, display aesthetics, and product arrangement. Desired Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 1-3 years of retail/customer service experience (handicrafts/lifestyle retail preferred). Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
