Title: Business Development Executive – Property Onboarding Location: Lakdi-ka-pul, Hyderabad Job Type: Full-Time | Field Role | Real Estate Industry About Property Trades: Property Trades is a real estate platform that helps buyers and renters discover verified properties quickly and easily. We are growing rapidly and looking for field sales professionals who can help us onboard new property listings across the city. Key Responsibilities: Visit property owners, agents, and builders in assigned areas Pitch the Property Trades platform and explain listing benefits Collect property details, photos, and contact info and important documents Upload properties to our system via mobile app or Website portal Achieve monthly listing targets (minimum 75 per month) Who Can Apply? 0–2 years of experience in field sales, real estate, or marketing Freshers with strong communication and motivation Two-wheeler preferred for local travel Must own a smartphone and laptop and be comfortable with basic apps Salary & Incentives: Fixed Salary: ₹15,000/month Incentive: ₹250 per successful property onboarded Target: 75 listings/month = ₹15,000 incentive Total Earning Potential: ₹30,000 or more based on performance Additional bonuses for verified or high-value listings Why Join Us?
