Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive for our on-site sales operations. The ideal candidate should be a male professional with 1 to 2 years of experience in the real estate market, specifically with a builder or developer dealing in independent builder floors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle on-site sales inquiries and conduct property visits with potential buyers.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers through effective sales techniques.
• Provide complete information about the project, including pricing, features, and payment plans.
• Build strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth documentation and transaction processing.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management.

Candidate Requirements:

• Male candidates preferred.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in independent builder floors.
• Experience working with builders or developers is mandatory.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Should be comfortable with fieldwork and site visits.

Salary: As per industry standards + Attractive Incentives
