Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development
  • Identify and develop new customers in assigned territories.
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Provide technical information and product knowledge to customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and complaints promptly.
  • Product Promotion
  • Present and demonstrate chemical products to potential clients.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and seminars to promote products.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.
  • Negotiate prices, credit terms, and contracts with customers.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
  • Work closely with the logistics, production, and technical teams to ensure smooth order execution.
