Job Title: Sales Executive – Pharma Process Equipment Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra Experience: Minimum 2 Years (in relevant industry sales) Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / M.Tech – Chemical or Mechanical Engineering About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and technically competent Sales Executive with strong experience in selling Pharma Process Equipment to leading pharmaceutical and chemical industries. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in field-based B2B and enterprise sales, capable of managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Pharmaceutical, API, and Chemical manufacturing sectors. Promote and sell a wide range of pharma process equipment including: Dryers (Fluid Bed Dryer, Tray Dryer, RVD, etc.) CIP/SIP Systems and SS Skids Pressure Vessels, Reactors & Agitators Distillation Columns & Heat Exchangers Storage Vessels, Receivers & Condensers Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients, explaining product features and application advantages. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits and follow-ups. Collaborate with internal design, proposal, and production teams to prepare technical and commercial offers. Negotiate pricing and contract terms to achieve sales targets and ensure profitability. Track market trends, competitor activities, and new project opportunities in assigned territories. Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review. Required Skills & Competencies: Proven experience in selling capital equipment / process systems to the pharmaceutical or chemical industry. Strong technical understanding of process equipment and plant operations. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Willingness to travel extensively within Maharashtra and nearby regions. Preferred Background: Candidates with prior sales experience in Pharma Machinery / Process Equipment manufacturing companies will be preferred. Experience in interacting with Pharma Engineering, Purchase, and Project teams. Compensation: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives. Employment Type: Full-Time
