Position Overview

Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sales Manager in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
• Identify potential customers, generate leads, and support the development of new business opportunities.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients by understanding their logistics needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and pipeline status to senior management.
• Contribute to contract negotiations and renewals with existing and prospective clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the logistics, freight, or supply chain industry.
• Basic understanding of logistics operations and supply chain management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Results-oriented with a proactive and positive approach to challenges.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
