Sales Executive

You will be responsible for conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluating customer needs. Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media will be a key aspect of your role. Setting up meetings with potential clients, listening to their wishes and concerns, and preparing/delivering appropriate presentations on products and services are important tasks. You will also create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data, ensuring the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations. Participating on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences, negotiating/closing deals, handling complaints or objections, and collaborating with team members to achieve better results are part of your responsibilities. Gathering feedback from customers or prospects and sharing it with internal teams will be crucial for improving sales strategies. As a Sales Executive, you should have proven experience in a similar role, proficiency in English, and excellent knowledge of MS Office. Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus. A thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques, being a fast learner with a passion for sales, and being self-motivated with a results-driven approach are essential qualities. You should also have an aptitude for delivering attractive presentations. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is a day shift from Monday to Friday. A diploma is preferred for education requirements, and a total work experience of 1 year is preferred. Proficiency in English and Hindi is preferred for language requirements. The work location is in person.,
