We combine creativity, technology, and strategy to build businesses that stand out in the digital age. Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. You will play a critical role in driving business growth by generating leads, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships. Your focus will be on selling Sofodel’s website development, branding, and digital marketing services to SMEs, startups, and high-growth brands. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and inbound leads. Understand client requirements and propose tailored digital solutions including website development, SEO, performance marketing, and brand design. Manage end-to-end sales cycle from pitch to closure. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Collaborate with the marketing and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain CRM data and report regularly on sales pipeline and performance. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in digital services or IT solutions. Strong understanding of digital marketing, websites, and branding. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude and ability to work independently. Fluency in English and Hindi. Preferred Experience in B2B digital agency sales. Network in startups, SMEs, or e-commerce brands. Knowledge of CRM tools like HubSpot or Zoho.
