Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to drive new client acquisition and promote our legal services. You will be responsible for converting inbound leads, following up with potential clients, explaining legal services, and onboarding users to the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Convert inbound leads generated through digital campaigns (Google Ads, landing pages, etc.)
• Maintain a record of calls, follow-ups, and lead status
• Achieve monthly sales targets and incentive goals
• Build long-term relationships with clients for referral business

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication in Hindi and English (Regional languages a plus)
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in telesales, field sales, or B2C sales preferred
• Ability to handle pressure and objection handling
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, WhatsApp, Email)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline
• 1+ year experience in sales (Legal, Finance, Real Estate, EdTech preferred)
• Knowledge of legal services or court procedures is a bonus (training provided)
