Job Description: Sales Executive (Office-Based)Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales Executive to manage inbound/outbound calls, generate leads, handle customer queries, and support overall sales operations from the office. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate new business opportunities.
• Follow up with leads, distributors, and customers regularly.
• Maintain sales data, prepare daily/weekly reports, and update CRM/Excel sheets.
• Coordinate with the sales team, logistics, and management for order processing.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
• Support marketing and promotional activities as required.
• Ensure timely communication with clients and resolve basic queries.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum HSC / Graduate preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in telesales/inside sales/customer support (Freshers with good communication can also apply).
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
• Strong follow-up ability and customer handling skills.
• Ability to work under targets with a positive attitude.
