Job Title: Sales Executive – Real Estate No of Requirements : 10 Experience: 1–3 Years Industry: Real Estate (Residential Sales) About the Role We are seeking ambitious and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our dynamic real estate sales team in Kolkata. The role involves generating leads, nurturing customer relationships, and driving sales for premium residential projects. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in real estate or related sectors, a passion for sales, and strong interpersonal skills. ---Key Responsibilities Handle walk-ins, inquiries, and client visits at project sites and offices. Generate leads through direct marketing, channel partners, and corporate tie-ups. Conduct client meetings, property show-rounds, and explain project features, pricing, and offers. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat and referral business. Negotiate and close sales deals while meeting monthly and quarterly targets. Coordinate with CRM, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth client handholding. Maintain sales reports, MIS data, and provide timely updates to management. Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events to drive awareness and sales .---Key RequirementsBachelor’s degree (preferred in Business/Marketing/Commerce or equivalent). 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate or high-value product/services. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali. Strong negotiation and closing abilities.Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
