Job Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales for Force Motors commercial vehicles by identifying potential customers, understanding their business requirements, and offering suitable vehicle solutions. The role involves field sales, customer relationship management, and closing deals to achieve monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business Development

  • Generate enquiries through field visits, cold calling, and business networking.
  • Meet transporters, small business owners, fleet operators, and corporate clients to promote Force Motors vehicles.
  • Conduct follow-ups and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
  • Present product features, technical details, and benefits of Force vehicles clearly to customers.

2. Customer Handling

  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable models (Traveller, Trax, Gurkha, LCV range).
  • Arrange test drives and product demos.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
  • Provide assistance with finance, loan, and exchange processes.

3. Documentation & Process

  • Maintain enquiry register and update CRM systems.
  • Assist customers with booking forms, KYC, finance documents, and delivery procedures.
  • Ensure smooth coordination with accounts, stock, and delivery team.

4. Market Intelligence

  • Track competitor offers, pricing, and schemes.
  • Gather customer feedback and report market trends to management.

5. Target Achievement

  • Achieve monthly sales targets set by the dealership.
  • Participate in sales campaigns, roadshows, and promotional events.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • +2, Diploma or Any Degree
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to do fieldwork and meet clients regularly.
  • Basic knowledge of finance and vehicle loan processes.
