Job Description

Location: Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai and Hyderabad Salaries: 3-3.5 Lakh Annually (DOE) Responsibilities: · Develop and execute a comprehensive dealer development strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives and market expansion plans. · Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. · Identify potential dealer partners, negotiate terms, and on-board new dealerships across targeted regions. · Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key stakeholders. · Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. · Monitor and analyze dealer performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize dealer profitability and operational efficiency. · Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. · Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and mitigate risks. · Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. · Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and mitigate risks. Qualifications: Any Graduation. Preferably with 2+ years of experience and Commitment to Excellence. The candidate must have his/her own motorbike and licence.. Immediate Joining is preferable.
