Job Description

As a CNC Machine Operator at our company, your role will involve reading and interpreting technical blueprints and design models. You will be responsible for loading raw materials into the CNC machine and inputting the product design into the computer modelling software. It will be your duty to choose and load the correct cutting tools for the job, adjust machine settings, and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the manufacturing process. Additionally, you will be tasked with completing quality control tests at various stages of manufacturing and on the final product, as well as cleaning and maintaining the machine. You will also play a crucial role in training new staff on machine operation procedures. Qualifications Required: - Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Computer - Previous work experience as a CNC programmer - Ability to read and interpret design blueprints - Extensive experience with computer modeling software - Strong attention to detail - Ability to work independently and adhere to deadlines - Ability to stand for extended periods - Ability to lift heavy objects - Willingness to work after-hours when required The annual salary for this role ranges from 3.5 to 4 lakhs, depending on experience.
