As a CNC Machine Operator at our company, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. Your responsibilities will include reading and interpreting technical blueprints and design models, loading raw materials into the CNC machine, inputting product designs into computer modeling software, selecting and loading cutting tools, adjusting machine settings to meet product specifications, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise during manufacturing. In addition, you will be responsible for conducting quality control tests at various stages of manufacturing, as well as on the final product. Keeping the machine clean and well-maintained is essential, and you will also be involved in training new staff on machine operation procedures. The ideal candidate for this role would have a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Computer Science, along with previous experience as a CNC programmer. Proficiency in reading and interpreting design blueprints, familiarity with computer modeling software, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and within deadlines are key qualifications we are looking for. Furthermore, the role may require you to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and work after-hours when necessary.
