You will work on both inbound and outbound leads, qualify prospects, and nurture them through the sales funnel. Presenting MR Softwares" IT products and services in a tailored and persuasive manner during sales pitches and demos is essential. Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly financial and call targets is a core part of this role. As the initial point of contact for clients, you will respond to inquiries, follow up regularly, and effectively close deals. Keeping the CRM updated with lead status, follow-ups, and closure details is crucial for efficient management. Building lasting relationships with clients to boost satisfaction and retention is also a key aspect of the role. To succeed in this position, you must have a graduation degree in any stream, with freshers and experienced candidates welcome. IT sales experience is a big plus. Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written, are essential. A confident, persuasive, and proactive personality, along with a highly target-driven and performance-focused mindset, will be beneficial.
