Key Responsibilities Lead Generation: Initiate contact with potential clients via cold calling, email campaigns, referrals, and social media outreach. Lead Management: Work on both inbound and outbound leads. Qualify prospects and nurture them through the sales funnel. Sales Pitch & Demo: Present MR Softwares' IT products and services in a tailored and persuasive manner to potential clients. Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly financial and call targets. Client Communication: Serve as the initial point of contact—respond to inquiries, follow up regularly, and close deals effectively. CRM Handling: Keep CRM updated with lead status, follow-ups, and closure details. Customer Relationship: Build lasting relationships to boost client satisfaction and long-term retention. Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and product improvements to enhance your pitch. Requirements Graduation in any stream is mandatory Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates welcome (IT sales experience is a big plus) Excellent communication skills in English —both spoken and written Confident, persuasive, and proactive personality Highly target-driven and performance-focused Basic understanding of IT/software solutions and how they benefit businesses Additional Information You must be willing to work from the office (No remote options) Meeting financial and call targets is a must Generating new leads is appreciated and sometimes required Apply Now!
