As a Senior Associate in Product Marketing with a focus on CRM and retention at our location in Chattarpur, Delhi, you will play a crucial role in driving player engagement and long-term retention through behavior-based lifecycle strategies and automated campaigns. Your main goal will be to positively impact key business metrics such as LTV, ARPU, and churn reduction. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing the overall lifecycle marketing strategy in alignment with business KPIs, creating and managing automated journeys using platforms like Braze, Optimove, Salesforce, or similar tools, segmenting audiences based on behavior and predictive data, launching personalized campaigns across various channels, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure targeted messaging. Furthermore, you will be expected to design A/B and multivariate testing plans, analyze campaign performance metrics, optimize based on data insights, and ensure compliance with responsible gaming guidelines and regional regulations. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in CRM, retention marketing, or lifecycle marketing, preferably in industries such as real-money gaming, e-commerce, or mobile apps. Proficiency in managing customer journeys in CRM tools, strong analytical skills, and a good understanding of segmentation, personalization, and predictive targeting are essential. Excellent project management and communication skills are also required to thrive in this fast-paced environment. Your success in this role will be measured by metrics such as an increase in Day 7/Day 30 retention rates, higher open/click rates and engagement levels across lifecycle journeys, and a reduction in inactive and churned users.,
