Job Summary:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving business from the Punjab region for Mosaic Hotels & Resorts. The role involves developing and maintaining relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and other potential business partners to achieve revenue targets and enhance market share for all Mosaic properties.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development

Identify, approach, and develop new corporate and travel trade accounts in the Punjab region.
Promote Mosaic Hotels’ properties and services to potential clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
Regularly visit key clients and agencies to strengthen business relationships.

2. Client Relationship Management

Maintain regular communication with existing travel agents and corporate clients.
Handle client inquiries promptly and professionally.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Negotiate rates and contracts in coordination with the Revenue and Sales Heads.

3. Market Intelligence & Reporting

Keep updated with competitor activities, market trends, and travel trade developments in the region.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and submit them to the Regional Sales Office.
Provide feedback and suggestions to the management on improving sales strategies.

4. Coordination & Administration

Coordinate with the hotel’s reservation and revenue teams for booking confirmations and special requests.
Maintain updated records of all clients, leads, and activities in the CRM system.
Assist in organizing sales promotions, roadshows, and client engagement events.
