Sales Executive-MDF Division

Role Overview: As a Sales Executive in the MDF Division at our company, your main responsibility will be to drive sales growth, enhance market presence, and foster strong relationships with dealers and distributors in the designated territory. Your role will involve meeting sales targets, identifying new business prospects, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction while upholding the brand standards of Centuryplys. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for MDF products in your assigned territory. - Identify and bring onboard new dealers, distributors, and institutional clients. - Conduct consistent follow-ups to convert potential leads into successful sales. - Regularly visit the market to explore new business opportunities and keep track of competitor activities. - Monitor stock levels, order flow, and sales performance of each dealer. - Ensure proper display, branding, and visibility of products at dealer points. - Collect and disseminate timely market feedback on pricing, promotional schemes, and competitor strategies. - Deliver high-quality customer service and promptly address any queries or concerns. - Engage with architects, contractors, carpenters, and interior designers to advocate for MDF products. - Organize product demonstrations and awareness programs for influencers.
