Job Purpose

The Sales Executive – MDF Division will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening dealer/distributor relationships within the assigned territory. The role involves achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring superior customer satisfaction while maintaining Centuryply’s brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for MDF products in the assigned territory.
• Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and institutional clients.
• Maintain strong follow-up to convert leads into sales.
• Conduct regular market visits to generate new business opportunities and track competitor activities.
• Monitor stock levels, order flow, and sales performance of each dealer.
• Ensure proper display, branding, and product visibility at dealer points.
• Gather and share timely market feedback on pricing, schemes, and competitor strategies.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and timely resolution of queries.
• Engage with architects, contractors, carpenters, and interior designers to promote MDF products.
• Conduct product demos and awareness programs for influencers.
