Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Assistant Sales Manager (Sr A S M) located in Coimbatore. The Sr A S M will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing relationships with key clients, and overseeing a sales team. Day-to-day tasks include market analysis, sales forecasting, meeting sales targets, and coordination with the marketing team. The role requires effective communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. The Sr A S M will also be involved in training and mentoring junior sales staff.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales strategy development and execution
  • Strong background in market analysis and sales forecasting
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Leadership and team management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore
  • Experience in the decorative surfaces or plywood industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in sales CRM software and tools
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
