Job Description

Job Role & Responsibilities: Generate new business by meeting architects, builders, contractors, and dealers. Promote products to government departments, real estate developers, and infrastructure projects. Handle dealer/distributor network, ensure sales targets are achieved, and expand market reach. Conduct client visits, site meetings, and product demonstrations. Collect market feedback and competitor information for strategic planning. Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery. Follow up on payments and maintain strong customer relationships. Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update management on progress. Key Skills Required: Knowledge of building materials, especially tiles & pavers. Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills. Ability to work independently in field sales and achieve targets. Good reporting and documentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic CRM handling.
