Job Description

The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role involves prospecting, presenting products/services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 1. Sales & Business Development Identify, qualify, and convert new sales opportunities. Generate leads through cold calls, networking, social media, and field visits. Conduct sales presentations and product demos to prospective clients. Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and sales agreements. Negotiate terms and close deals to meet monthly/quarterly targets. 2. Client Relationship Management Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business. Provide after-sales support and address customer inquiries or issues promptly. Build long-term partnerships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 3. Market & Product Knowledge Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and market insights. 4. Reporting Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools or reports. Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports for management review.
