Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Greet customers and understand their requirements.
Promote and sell products (mobiles/electronics/consumer goods, etc.).
Explain product features, comparisons, and benefits.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Maintain store display and cleanliness (for retail roles).
Collect customer feedback and provide after-sales support if needed.
Maintain records of sales and customer interactions.
Coordinate with the backend/support team for stock and delivery.
Attend training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
Prior experience in sales or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented and motivated to perform under pressure.
Basic knowledge of mobile phones or electronic products (if mobile sales).
