🔹 Identify, target, and connect with potential customers through field visits, inbound/outbound calls & online channels
🔹 Conduct product demos (in-person & virtual) to showcase how telecrm solves real business problems
🔹 Build strong client relationships and nurture accounts to maximize conversion & revenue
🔹 Generate leads through networking, references, field visits & partnerships
🔹 Understand customer requirements and provide tailored CRM solutions
🔹 Maintain accurate records in CRM for follow-ups, pipeline, meetings & closures
🔹 Achieve monthly sales & productivity targets
✔ 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales / SaaS sales / field sales
✔ Strong communication & presentation skills
✔ Confidence in giving demos & handling objections
✔ Self-motivated with the drive to meet targets
✔ Ability to build trust and long-term business relationships
✔ Comfortable with travel across Delhi-NCR
✔ Experience in CRM / software sales is a plus (not mandatory)
