We are looking for a result-oriented IT Sales Executive/Manager who can drive sales independently, explore new business opportunities, and build meaningful collaborations.

You will identify leads, develop proposals, negotiate contracts and convert prospects into long term clients.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, strong network, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to convert opportunities into revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue potential clients via cold calling, emails and referrals.
• Build strong client relationships and understand their needs.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts to close deals.
• Provide ongoing support and ensure client satisfaction.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities, projects, and clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Generate leads through networking, market research, referrals, and cold outreach.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to clients.
• Track and report on sales and business development metrics.
• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the IT sector.
• Conduct market research (R&D) to identify emerging trends and potential clients.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• 6 months to 5 years of experience in IT sales or business development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, networking, and presentation abilities.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach toward achieving goals.
• Legal knowledge or background preferred (added advantage).
