Job Description

Artius Interior

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, approach, and convert high-value leads, especially from HNI/UHNI segments
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, and influencers
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits
Work closely with the design and execution team to deliver seamless client experience
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain detailed records in CRM and provide regular sales forecasts
Represent the brand with integrity, professionalism, and a passion for design

Desired Candidate Profile:

Experience in Sales open to candidates from any industry
Proven ability to sell to high-end clientele is a strong plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and well-organized
Background in luxury goods, real estate, interiors, or premium services is an added advantage
Based in or willing to relocate to Gurugram
