As a Sales Team Leader in our real estate company, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of real estate agents. Your role will involve recruiting, hiring, training, and mentoring the team to ensure their success. You will provide guidance and support to help them achieve their targets and grow in their roles. One of your key responsibilities will be to develop effective sales strategies that drive revenue growth and help the team achieve sales targets. You will need to stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry news to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly. Building and nurturing client relationships will be essential in this role. You will be expected to provide exceptional service and support to clients throughout the sales process. Additionally, you will assist agents in negotiating contracts and closing deals to ensure favorable outcomes for both clients and the company. Sales performance management is a crucial aspect of this position. You will be required to set sales targets, track performance, and provide regular reports to senior management. Conducting training sessions for the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service will also be part of your responsibilities.
