Role: Design & QC Engineer Role Definition: Design & QC Engineer is one who is responsible for mechanical drawings and designs of standard products and QC activities as well as raw material stores in the organization while adhering to the Quality standards. Responsibility Deliverable: Designing Vendor Co-Ordination Raw Material Allocation Quality Testing Documentation and Certification Maintaining Database Tasks & Activities: Designing Designing of standard products in Solid works Vendor Co-Ordination Follow up and CO-ordination for technical aspects of Raw Materials Raw Material Allocation Allocating required raw materials to technicians. Co-Ordinating the Stores manager Quality testing: To ensure Product is Inspected and Tested as per defined Process Flow Chart and Quality Control Plan. Quality testing of raw materials Quality testing for mechanical aspects before dispatch Documentation and Certification: Prepare all dispatch documentation. Prepare Inward QC Report for raw materials Maintaining Database: Maintaining database for products, raw materials Measurement Metrics: On time Testing Raw material maintenance Coordination with operations Quality standards

Sr. Engineer Manufacturing & QC The Senior Engineer Manufacturing & QC is responsible for overseeing manufacturing & quality assurance activities for standard products, ensuring compliance with established quality standards, while also managing vendor development and maintaining strong vendor relationships Responsibility Deliverable: 1. Vendor Development & Vendor Co-ordination 2. Quality Products 3.Quality Assurance of Products Manufactured 4. Documentation and Certification Tasks & Activities: 1. Vendor Development & Vendor Co-ordination - New Vendor development, Coordination with existing vendors, Purchase requisition, cost estimation - Follow up and Co-ordination for technical aspects of Raw Materials/Finish Goods 2. Quality Assurance - To ensure Products are inspected and tested as per compliance and Quality Control Plan. - Quality check and testing of raw materials, FG inspection and QC before dispatch 3. Documentation and Certification - Prepare and regular updating of Product Files (manufacturing and quality documentation). -Prepare Inward/outward QC Report for raw materials/finish goods Measurement metrics: -Raw material & Finished Goods QC -Preparing QC reports, Purchase requisitions & cost estimation -Coordination with operations team & vendors. -Maintaining Quality standards

Purchase Engineer/Executive is one who is responsible for vendor development and procurement of material in the most cost effective & timely manner while adhering quality standards 1. Raising PR 2. Negotiation and finalizing 3. Raising PO 4. Logistics Management 5. Raising GRN 6. Finished Good Management 7. Database Management 8. Vendor Development and Management 9. Finished Good Management Raising the PR (Purchase Request) and RFQ form to approved vendor Follow up for quotations Receiving quotations from vendor with standard purchase terms & conditions. Negotiation and finalizing Prepare cost comparison sheet (quality, lead time, payment terms) Negotiations for extending payment terms, better pricing & delivery terms, delivery at the right time etc. Create PO send PO to vendor with standard purchase terms & approval to vendor Follow up for OC and early delivery Follow up with Vendor /OEM for timely delivery. Logistics Management (Import Shipments/ Domestic courier) Custom clearance for imports orders (follow up with Courier, follow up with CHA, Checking & Approval of Bill of Entry for Import Shipments, approval of Courier, CHA payment) Appointed and coordinated with Freight Forwarders to optimize shipping routes and costs. Preparing GRN (Goods Received Note) and Invoice to accounts Physical check of quantity on receipt of material. Finished Good Management Based on MSQ raise Production Order to manufacturing teams. Maintaining MSQ of RM & FG products Vendor Development and Management Vendor Registration Finding & developing suitable vendors for effective and efficient procurement and registering them as per company process requirements & standards. Vendor Evaluation - Carrying out vendor evaluation and periodic vendor assessment as per company process requirements & standards. Vendor visits whenever required. Maintaining & updating of approved vendors lists on regular intervals. Maintaining the Purchase Order sheet on daily basis .
