Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities within Food Service & HoReCa.
Build and manage strong relationships with QSRs, café chains, bakeries, and institutional customers.
Achieve sales targets through direct selling, distributor management, and key account handling.
Work closely with NPD and Marketing teams to align offerings with customer requirements.
Manage the full sales lifecycle: lead generation → pitching → negotiation → closure → post-sale service.
Track market trends, competition, and pricing to develop informed go-to-market strategies.
Represent the brand at product tastings, trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
3–8 years’ experience in Food Service / HoReCa / QSR / Café / Institutional sales.
Background in beverages, FMCG, food ingredients, or related industries preferred.
Strong experience working with procurement teams, chefs, category managers, and purchase heads.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Highly driven, entrepreneurial, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
Ability to work independently with strong ownership and outcome orientation.
