Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial

Sales Executive / Sales Manager

to expand our beverage business within the

Food Service

sector. The role involves driving sales across QSR chains, cafés, bakeries, institutional buyers, and HoReCa accounts for our mass-market beverages. This is an opportunity to build a category from the ground up in a fast-growing startup environment.RequirementsKey Responsibilities
  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities within Food Service & HoReCa.

  • Build and manage strong relationships with QSRs, café chains, bakeries, and institutional customers.

  • Achieve sales targets through direct selling, distributor management, and key account handling.

  • Work closely with NPD and Marketing teams to align offerings with customer requirements.

  • Manage the full sales lifecycle: lead generation → pitching → negotiation → closure → post-sale service.

  • Track market trends, competition, and pricing to develop informed go-to-market strategies.

  • Represent the brand at product tastings, trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.

  • 3–8 years’ experience in Food Service / HoReCa / QSR / Café / Institutional sales.

  • Background in beverages, FMCG, food ingredients, or related industries preferred.

  • Strong experience working with procurement teams, chefs, category managers, and purchase heads.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Highly driven, entrepreneurial, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Ability to work independently with strong ownership and outcome orientation.
