Sales Executive / Manager Food Service (Beverages)

You will be responsible for driving sales and expanding the beverage business within the Food Service sector, focusing on QSR chains, cafs, bakeries, institutional buyers, and HoReCa accounts for mass-market beverages. This role offers you the opportunity to establish a category in a rapidly growing startup environment. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities within Food Service & HoReCa. - Build and manage strong relationships with QSRs, caf chains, bakeries, and institutional customers. - Achieve sales targets through direct selling, distributor management, and key account handling. - Collaborate with NPD and Marketing teams to align offerings with customer requirements. - Manage the full sales lifecycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, closure, and post-sale service. - Monitor market trends, competition, and pricing to develop effective go-to-market strategies. - Represent the brand at product tastings, trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events. Qualifications Required: - 3-8 years of experience in Food Service / HoReCa / QSR / Caf / Institutional sales. - Background in beverages, FMCG, food ingredients, or related industries is preferred. - Strong experience working with procurement teams, chefs, category managers, and purchase heads. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Highly driven, entrepreneurial, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment. - Ability to work independently with strong ownership and outcome orientation.
