Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets. Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and follow-up emails. Conduct regular market research to understand customer needs and competitors. Manage sales data, reports, and dashboards using advanced MS Excel. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction. Attend customer calls, meetings, and provide product information effectively. Ensure timely reporting of daily/weekly/monthly sales activities. Required Skills & Qualifications: Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Data Analysis. Strong email writing skills (professional and clear communication). Good English communication – both spoken and written. Soft-spoken with a polite and professional attitude. Ability to handle customer queries confidently. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales (preferred). Ability to work independently and meet targets. Personal Attributes: Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Strong presentation and persuasion skills. Good time management and organizational abilities.
