Sales Executive

About the Role: We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for finding new customers, building strong relationships, and helping businesses choose the right office furniture from our range. Key Responsibilities Talk to potential clients (architects, interior designers, corporates, dealers, etc.) and explain our products. Generate leads through calls, visits, and online platforms. Follow up with clients regularly and maintain good relationships. Share company catalogues, samples, and proposals with clients. Visit client sites/offices to understand requirements. Work closely with our design and production team to provide the best solutions. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Keep records of leads, enquiries, and sales in CRM. Requirements: Graduate in any stream (preferred: Business/Marketing, but not mandatory). 1–3 years of experience in sales (furniture/interior/real estate sales preferred, freshers can also apply). Good communication skills in English and Hindi. Confident personality with a positive attitude. Should be comfortable with client visits and fieldwork. Salary Range ·        Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience). ·        For freshers / 1 year experience: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000. ·        For experienced (2–4 years in interiors/furniture): ₹25,000 – ₹30,000. ·        Can apply if confident and good in communication. ·        1–3 years: Preferred, especially in office furniture / interiors / real estate / B2B sales. ·        More than 3 years: Can be considered for Sr. Sales Executive role with higher package.
