Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and confident female Business Development Executive to join our sales team. The role involves cold calling potential clients, following up on leads, explaining our products and services, and scheduling meetings for the senior sales team. This is a front-line role that directly contributes to lead generation and brand positioning. Key Responsibilities: Make 50–70 cold calls per day to potential clients from lead databases or CRM. Qualify and nurture leads by understanding client needs and decision-making authority. Clearly explain the company’s office furniture products and services. Share product catalogues, brochures, or company profiles over WhatsApp/email. Set up meetings for the senior sales team with interested and qualified clients. Maintain accurate lead records, call notes, and follow-up status in the CRM (e.g., Bigin). Follow up consistently with warm leads until conversion or closure. Track and report daily calling activity, appointment status, and feedback to reporting manager. Coordinate with marketing/sales team for WhatsApp and email follow-up campaigns. Maintain a courteous, professional, and enthusiastic tone during all client interactions. Skills Required: Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi Pleasant and confident voice Good knowledge of Excel/CRM software Ability to handle rejections and continue with enthusiasm Basic understanding of B2B sales cycle
